一、团队简介
太阳集团见好就收9728肿瘤分子药物研究室长期致力于天然产物抗肿瘤效应和机制以及抗肿瘤药物手性中间体的制备等研究工作。主要研究方向包括(1)天然产物的结构解析及生物活性;(2)天然产物抗肿瘤机制;(3)新型酶基因的挖掘及理性改造;(4)功能性食品及药物手性中间体的生物制备。近5年来,本团队成员主持或参与国家自然基金6项,省市级以及企业委托项目30余项。在研究生和本科生科研创新方面成效显著,获得5项高校研究生科研创新计划项目和3项国家大学生创新计划项目以及“挑战杯”全国大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛国家二等奖。以第一作者/通讯作者发表SCI论文50余篇,其中影响因子大于3的9篇。授权发明专利4项。主编和参编论著及教材6部。本研究室拥有层次合理、训练有素、凝聚力强的科研队伍以及先进的仪器设备和和谐的文化氛围,现有教授1名,副教授1名,讲师1名,实验技术人员1名,每年招收博士、硕士研究生3-4名。
二、团队负责人简介
邬敏辰,太阳集团见好就收9728教授,博士生导师。主要从事分子生物学、药学及生物化工等的教学和科研工作。主要研究方向:(1)新型酶基因的挖掘及理性改造;(2)功能性食品及药物手性中间体的生物制备。主持和主要参与国家自然科学基金4项,完成国家、省、校级和企业委托项目30余项,指导国家大学生创新实验计划项目3项、江苏省研究生创新计划项目7项、江南大学博士研究生科学研究基金项目3项。主编和参编论著4部,发表学术论文200余篇,其中SCI收录论文40余篇。指导硕/博士研究生40余名。

邓超,太阳集团见好就收9728副教授,硕士生导师。主要研究方向:天然多糖的免疫调节和抗肿瘤活性及其机制。相关研究成果在国内外学术期刊发表30余篇,其中以第一作者/通信作者发表SCI论文7篇,CSCD论文6篇。申请国家发明专利20项,授权发明专利4项。参与国家自然科学基金面上项目和青年基金项目2项,江苏省产学研项目和社会发展项目2项,国家和校级大学生创新项目3项。第十三届“挑战杯”全国大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛国家二等奖,江苏省一等奖指导教师。
王克伟,太阳集团见好就收9728讲师。主要研究方向:慢性病流行病学与时间序列模型的构建和应用研究,目前已发表论文10余篇,其中SCI一作4篇,中文一作3篇,SCI共同一作1篇,通讯作者1篇,参与国家自然科学基金面上项目1项,主持无锡市社会发展科技支撑项目资助1项。
